Kristin is a lifelong resident of the Delaware Valley, having sold in Delaware/Chester/Montgomery Counties, and the Main Line for over 17 years! After studying at the University of Delaware and Penn State University, Kristin graduated from Penn State University in 2003, and jumped right into a career as a REALTOR® and has been successfully building her database of satisfied clients ever since.
Kristin is a graduate of the Realtors’ Institute and has served on the Professional Ethics Committee for the Suburban West REALTORS® Association. She has also completed her Accredited Buyer Representative and E-Pro designations. Kristin is very dedicated to her clients and has consistently been a top producing agent in her office as a result. Kristin received the Five Star Realtor Award through Philadelphia Magazine for the last fourteen consecutive years! Kristin received the Top Agent award in her office for 2010-2024, demonstrating her achievement in the highest tier of the company.
All of Kristin’s clients benefit from her enthusiasm, firsthand knowledge of the marketplace, negotiating skills and tireless effort. But where she truly exceeds expectations is the personal attention she gives each client, working closely with them through important buying and selling decisions.
